My husband and I wish to also recommend you to a most excellent employee, Donna O'Hara. She is their Geriatric Care Manager and Elder Care Coordinator.

She has done many wonderful things to help us in the months past such as helping us find a

much needed place to live, Dominion Village, a lovely assisted living facility. She has found just the right person to whom we might sell our possessions, and was a great help to us in cleaning out. the apartment where we had been living until we both had serious falls.

Donna also had numerous well thought-out ideas about how to encourage John Hancock

Insurance Company, via well worded documentation, about the best ways to have our claims approved after having paid the premiums for over 25 years on our long term care policies.
